After a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, UC San Diego and UC Davis, Blair Stephenson retires as Associate Vice Chancellor. Known for his loyalty, strategic leadership and dedication to people, Blair has made a lasting difference through service, mentorship and collaboration.
