Position/Salary Management is comprised of many different functions and services including classification, new positions, reorgs, reclassifications, stipends, and equity.

FOA HR encourages departments and individuals to utilize these services so that UC Davis can stay on track for hiring, recognizing, and rewarding employee excellence. HR conducts the review for each of these services and anything in between.
