Dear FOA Team,

After years of connecting virtually, gathering in person for our next FOA All-Staff Meeting is a special chance to enhance connections and build a collaborative and thriving workplace. 

I’m looking forward to hearing Chancellor May speak, and pleased to welcome back Paula Mulford by popular demand. She'll be sharing some practical and simple life skills to help us navigate the year ahead with inspiration, readiness and composure for the opportunities that come our way.

At FOA, we’re deeply committed to your professional growth and well-being. This meeting is a reflection of that commitment. I know from experience that nurturing professional development enhances individual careers, brings a sense of belonging, and can drive our entire organization forward.

We’ve planned an uplifting and enjoyable experience, including a chance to savor some ice cream after the meeting ends as we mingle and share a few laughs. 

I know that not everyone can be there in person. It’s the nature of our work that some of you work shifts or need to be near your work locations. I understand your unique circumstances and hope you’ll still join us by Zoom. But if you can get to California Hall in person, then I hope to see you there.
