Dear Intercampus Shuttle Riders,
Thank you for the detailed letter and personal statements sent on October 31, 2019.  When we announced upcoming outreach events for the Causeway Connection service at the beginning of the week, this was exactly the type of substantive feedback we had hoped to receive. We regret having underperformed in our outreach to a very loyal shuttle ridership, but open houses this week are designed to present information, take your questions and listen to your concerns.

By redesigning the workflow for electrical repairs and upgrades, the project was able to potentially save 14,000 labor hours per year that could be redirected towards deferred maintenance.
