Create a workplace violence prevention program for the Davis Campus with de-escalation training, conflict resolution services, and tracking/reporting in response to Senate Bill 553 that went into effect Jul 1, 2024. Use best practices already in place on the Sacramento campus.

Rollout new UC Office of the President developed training to campus employees. Collect user feedback from training and make improvements based on input by Jun 30, 2025. Roll out conflict resolution and tracking/reporting by Jun 30, 2025.
