Scout manages newsletters, writes articles and creates web content, primarily to support Design and Construction Management, Facilities Management and special projects like the Big Shift and AggieAccess.

Scout serves as the writer and editor for the (mostly) bi-weekly newsletter the Digest, which goes out to all FOA employees and other interested parties. They also manage the development of the DCM's bi-annual Capital Project Report, which includes coordinating with project managers, writing a staff profile, writing feature article, updating web content and creating a newsletter. Scout also develops content for the Arboretum and Public Garden's social media.
