Job Opportunity: BIA Student Internship - STDT 4
Quick Summary
- Budget and Institutional Analysis (BIA) is hiring a student intern who can independently research, analyze and formulate recommendations to improve campus services and operations.
Under direction from the senior leader and/or other senior managers in the Finance, Operations and Administration umbrella, interns support key campus initiatives. This position will work with various leadership throughout the organization, projects will vary. Under direction from senior managers in the Finance, Operations and Administration umbrella, interns will support central office functions including but not limited to reception, filing, and meeting set-up in addition to working on key campus initiatives by independently researching, analyzing and formulating recommendations to improve campus services and operations. This position is an umbrella program and the position will work with various leadership throughout the organization. Projects will vary.
Primary job responsibilities:
- Review and execute test cases validating the solution meets the business requirements.
- Identify or create data that support test cases.
- Identify and record defects and anomalies. Review and communicate defects with Quality Assurance. Lead technical and non-technical project team members in a clear and concise manner.
