Saplings grow and an elder tree transformed

An 80-year old buckeye tree broke apart, and its beautiful, gnarled trunk now stands watch over new saplings planted as part of a ceremony in the Native American Contemplative Garden to reaffirm our campus commitment to acknowledge the Patwin community as first people on the land.
