Attend free yoga, bootcamp or core strengthening classes, offered daily at the Cowell Building to reduce stress, build community and improve your overall health. Find the class schedule and email your waiver in advance to get class updates.

Discuss ways of coping in turbulent times, strategies for thinking more positively about the future and experiences of grief while finding community. Find ASAP drop-in session times throughout August. -
💌 Learn to promote well-being in the face of racial trauma
Attend the upcoming Race Matters workshop on Race and Mental Health to understand the impact that racialized incidents have on employees of color and learn tools for being an ally. Register now for the June 30 session.
🧪 Know antigen tests can be purchased
Departments can now purchase low-cost COVID-19 test kits for visitors, guests and volunteers (not for employees or students who have access to campus saliva testing). Find out how to order the kits.
