Support managers who implement employment actions and reorganizations through training and one-on-one sessions. Enhance employment-action dashboard to track critical factors, such as source of funds, type of action taken, division impacted, etc.

Update website with protocols and processes throughout FY 2025/26. Create and enhance employment-action dashboard by August 1, 2025 to reflect year two of personnel actions. Provide additional training and one-on-one meetings throughout FY 2025/26.
