Upgrade the AggieService system to a centralized, easy-to-navigate entry point for HR service requests, delivering four critical, flow-based case management processes within the new Experience Cloud portal, featuring enhanced case tracking and status visibility.

Metric

Portal Design complete and development is halfway done by Q3 FY26 (Jan-Jun 2026). Design scope increased to include 6 workflows (from initial 4). Final Target: Full launch with enhanced case visibility by Q2 FY 27 (Jun-Dec 2026).
