Ahoy, friends and colleagues!

We're getting together to celebrate the retirement of our favorite Associate Vice Chancellor Blair Stephenson—a true sailor of life whose journey has taken him from decades in the U.S. Navy, through leadership roles at UC San Diego, and most recently, nearly 9 memorable years with UC Davis.

Now, Blair is setting off on a new adventure – a three-month exploration of Italy and the Balkans – ready to embrace “la dolce vita” and all the good things that come with it. We can’t wait to raise a glass and toast to his next grand chapter.

Join us for a laid-back reception filled with good conversation, hearty laughs and a sprinkle of Italian charm. Let's share stories, reminisce and wish him well as he navigates new waters.
