Associate HR Business Partner

Carlee has served as the Associate Human Resources Business Partner for Finance, Operations and Administration (FOA) since December 2024. She has nearly 10 years of experience within the human resources industry ranging from corporate HR, HR analytics and field HR.
Her main duties in her current role include supporting FOA supervisors and managers with HR functions, providing guidance on performance and staffing, and developing strategies to proactively identify and prevent potential HR issues.
As the lead member of the HR Generalist team, Carlee collaborates closely with other leaders to ensure policies and processes are followed, while also assisting in process improvement initiatives by recommending changes where needed. Additionally, Carlee acts as a liaison for Employee and Labor Relations (ELR), managing sensitive issues and guiding management through complex ELR matters.
Outside of work, Carlee enjoys running, visiting local breweries, spending time with her kids (3 boys!), and tackling new home projects with her husband.
Carlee serves as the immediate FOA HR contact for the below FOA departments, however, she also assists with ELR concerns across all FOA departments.
