Pilot Aggie Enterprise “Campus Collection Module” to replace current manual process to collect external revenue. During initial launch of Aggie Enterprise, the Campus Collection Module was not activated. In FY 25–26, it will be configured and tested to improve receivables management and provide new features, such as department-level datamarts that enhance financial insight, support adoption, and enable informed decision-making.
