Objective

Implement the use of Docusign for Budget and Institutional Analysis processes, correspondence, and documents that require approvals. This effort will automate and digitize aspects of a number of processes that are currently done through a variety of manual processes. It will leverage available technology, standardize some document management, and make documents more accessible to hybrid/remote staff.

Metric

Identify processes and documents in BIA that would benefit from the use of Docusign. Convert at least 4 documents and/or processes to Docusign by June 30, 2026. Ensure that all BIA staff are trained in the use of Docusign.
