Digest: COVID-19 Vaccine, Testing Updates

Vaccines available to employees working on campus

All UC Davis employees are now eligible for vaccination wherever vaccines are being offered to "frontline workers in the education industry" as part of Phase 1B, Tier 1. Find Yolo County vaccine clinics. At the UC Davis campus clinic, appointments are currently being accepted for those UC Davis employees who are working in person, on campus, in order to prioritize those workers required to have the most public exposure. Appointments become available for reservation as supply allows. Read more.
If you need employment verification for a vaccine appointment, you can find a summary report in UCPath under Employee Actions > Income and Taxes > Verification of Employment. Login to UCPath.
Photo IDs required for COVID-19 testing

Starting this week, photo IDs are required for asymptomatic COVID-19 testing at the UC Davis campus clinic. Your ID can be your UC Davis ID, driver’s license or other issued photo ID. Be sure to have it ready along with your Daily Symptom Survey approval email and appointment QR code.
Daily A parking permits now available

Daily A permits are now available to employees for $3.40 a day through ParkMobile. Read more about the new Daily A rate and how daily permits compare to the cost of a monthly permit.
It's time to take the Satisfaction Survey

There's a little over one week left to take the Academic and Staff Satisfaction Survey to provide feedback on the UC Davis services you used in 2020. The survey only takes about two minutes per service line, and each participant can direct a $1 contribution to their choice of three UC Davis emergency care funds. Find out more or take the survey now.
