Help Shape a Better Workplace
The Employee Experience Survey opened earlier this week. It’s one of the most important ways we learn what’s working — and where we need to do better.
We’re focused on improving the employee experience, and your feedback helps guide real changes. The survey takes about 10 minutes and responses are confidential. We’re counting on your voice to help us better understand your experience as a UC Davis employee.
