Creating a more efficient and transparent office and lab renovation process

The purpose of this project is to simplify and clarify the process of initiating, monitoring and completing campus renovation projects under $750,000. As a result of the “Renovation Task Force,” this project aims to improve the customer engagement experience and to implement competitively priced solutions in an expedite manner, while educating the campus as to the rules and regulations that the university is bound to.
