New Employee Reward Program
We are launching a new Employee Recognition and Reward Program specifically for FOA employees called the Customer Service Champion Award. The program seeks to acknowledge the folks who go above-and-beyond to serve our customers.
I love hearing stories about the innovative, sincere and tireless work our people are doing to serve students, faculty and staff. It’s those encounters that make a difference in the day-to-day lives of our customers and enables them to meet the teaching, research and patient care mission of the university.
As part of this new program, the first Customer Service Champions came from the inaugural Faculty and Staff Satisfaction Survey.
Linda Vermeer of Supply Chain Management and Kerie Holck of Repro Graphics were mentioned dozens of times and recognized for these attributes: “Absolute treasure.” “Exceptional knowledge.” “Polite and quick to respond.” “Delight to work with.” “Knowledgeable and helpful at every turn.” “Great attention to details.” “Dedicated to making sure my job is exactly what I want.”
