As part of initial onboarding, UC Davis Health Accounts Payable leveraged forms and reporting to gain visibility and implement business process improvements. Similarly, Central HR and Shared Services Center benefited from digital integration of established business processes, avoiding management of physical documents.
Piloted UC Davis DocuSign, an electronic signature service, with Real Estate Services and Safety Services, resulting in streamlined processes for lease agreements and fully automated compliance processes for the Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
Launched Aggie Desktop, an academic and administrative partnership to re-engineer workstation imaging, deployment, patching and management as a shared enterprise service for the campus. In addition, Administrative IT deployed consolidated VPN and remote access solutions to support telecommuting and other remote work, replacing redundant departmental legacy solutions.
